Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Thank you for choosing Xquisite Tresses as your braider. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy: 1. Notice Requirement: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your slot with another client. 2. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 30% will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-show appointments. This fee is non-refundable and will be required to be paid before booking any future appointments. 3. Rescheduling Options: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment without penalty as long as the required notice is given. However, repeated rescheduling may result in the imposition of the cancellation fee. 4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise.
